Oxymels - A blend of vinegar, honey, and herbs. Traditionally, they’re made with equal parts vinegar and honey, but we adjust our blends for flavor. Served in convenient 2oz portions, these are the unsung antioxidant-rich heroes.

Fire Spice Blend- A fermented spice blend that has serious flavor and heat. Use sparingly in anything from eggs to meat marinades or add a heaping teaspoon to turn it up.

Live Cultured Sodas- Masala Mint and Tulsi Rose top my list of favorties while classic Ginger Beer deserves an honorable mention. These are really fun to experiemnt with so check in each week for something new.

Last month, we celebrated our upgraded woofer accommodations. Today, we’re excited to share our newest achievement: an 8-foot deer fence now encircles our 5,000-square-foot demonstration garden. We finished just as summer arrives and now the garden welcomes all who wish to explore and learn. In the near future, we hope to create a system along the garden’s perimeter that will support Kinfolk Heritage Farm’s wildlife while keeping our crops safe.
